Transferring In

How Do I Transfer My License to You?

STEP ONE
Send your TREC 1 Form to Georgia to sign. You can send through Dotloop, or any E-Signature Program. Georgia will sign and return to you. If you do not have an e-signature program, just email your form to Georgia. She will put it in an e-signature program and sign it and email back to you.  You will need to send a copy of your Errors and Omissions to Georgia at this time.  (A pdf copy showing your name, the beginning date and the end date. Email to:  GeorgiaEvansRealtor@gmail.com)

STEP TWO

Send the signed TREC 1 form to your current Broker to release you. At this time, they will go on the Realtracs computer system and release you from Realtracs. Georgia will get an email notice from Realtracs and will accept you.

STEP THREE

Georgia will email your signed TREC form to the Board, either MTAR or GNR, whichever Board you choose.

STEP FOUR

Once the Board has your form from Georgia, they will automatically set you up to use Transaction Desk so you can get started working.

STEP FIVE
Go to the web portal for TREC and pay the $25.00 for the Transfer. Upload the SIGNED TREC 1 form here. CLICK HERE.
YOUR LICENSED IS NOT TRANSFERRED UNTIL YOU DO THIS STEP.

STEP SIX

Once all of this is done, Georgia will send a link for your onboarding process.  (Things like your W-9 form, headshot, bio, Independent Contractor Agreement, Policies and Procedures Manual etc.)

STEP SEVEN
Follow up to make sure your Broker has mailed Georgia your Real Estate License to hang on the wall if you are not dropping it off.

Georgia does NOT send your license to the Real Estate Commission. The Realtor is responsible for their own license. You MUST go into the web portal and pay the $25.00
