I have been in the home building and real estate business over 30 years. I am the Principal Broker and owner of Georgia Evans Realty, LLC located in Smyrna, TN. I am a Certified New Home Specialist, am Residential Construction Certified. I also hold the designations of CRS; Certified Residential Specialist, (only 3% of Realtors in the NATION have this designation). I am also a Certified Real Estate Broker, and hold the designations as an E-Pro Realtor, GREEN Realtor and graduated with a GRI designation in real estate. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.
