I have been in the home building and real estate business since 1987. I am the Principal Broker and owner of Georgia Evans Realty, LLC located in Smyrna, TN. I am a Certified Real Estate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, a Certified New Home Specialist, am Residential Construction Certified, hold the designation as an E-Pro Realtor, GREEN Realtor and graduated with a GRI designation in real estate. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.

On a personal note, I have lived in LaVergne/Smyrna my entire life. I am happily married and have 2 fur babies that I adore. I spend my “free” time working in the yard or on the computer.
